Title: Showroom Assistant
Reports to: Regional Showroom and Influencer Manager
Location:Dubai, United Arab Emirates

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Support in managing the showroom, where all of the samples and wardrobe pieces are kept
- Checking in and keeping track of the borrowed clothes and accessories
- Doing the inventory and updating it in a timely manner
- Assisting in shoots when necessary
- Assisting in the showroom layout and placement of items
- Making sure all samples are delivered and collected on time
- Media Monitoring and Monthly Reports
- Searching for online and print coverage
- Daily monitoring of campaign status and delivery
- Preparation of presentations and coverage reports for all PR clients
- Keeping calendars (editorial, press conferences, events etc.) and media lists updated
- Assisting in organizing and execution of PR events, campaigns etc.
- Support our PR team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Ensuring set deadlines are met
- Provide timely updates to the team
