Title: Events Graphic Designer

Reports to: Vice President and Events Manager

Office: Dubai, UAE

• Develop visually appealing and detailed 3D mockups that bring event concepts to life, helping the Events Team visualize ideas aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Design visually compelling mood boards that capture the concept, theme, and style of upcoming events, setting a cohesive creative direction in line with brand guidelines.
• Create strong visual concepts that align with the brand brief, transforming ideas into impactful visual strategies.
• Develop engaging pitch decks and presentations that clearly communicate our brand story, value proposition, and objectives to clients and stakeholders.
• Design high-quality print materials for events, such as invitations, menus, signage, and branded materials, ensuring brand alignment and cohesion throughout each piece.
• Work closely with the Events Department to generate innovative ideas, actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and offering fresh, creative perspectives.
• Stay current with trends in graphic design to keep our visuals relevant and on-trend.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are completed on time.
• Actively contribute to refining design processes and workflows to enhance both creative quality and operational efficiency.
• Uphold and reinforce brand guidelines across all visual assets, ensuring that every project maintains brand consistency and quality.
