What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee experience
- Taking the lead on sourcing and screening top talent
- Managing employee records, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handling attendance and leave reports
- Creating insightful HR analysis and benchmarking reports to guide key decisions
- Supporting HR initiatives, engagement activities, and culture-building efforts
- Ensuring HR processes are aligned with UAE labor law and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Someone currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
- Solid experience in HR, including recruitment and admin
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and reports
- Skilled in Excel, HRMS, and HR data reporting
- Extensive knowlede in UAE labor law
- A team player with great communication and organizational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for HR!
